Welcome to our Victorian Loft apartment. A rare opportunity to stay in a piece of history. This beautiful 19th century building, once part of Father Hudsons Catholic Community, has recently been renovated and transformed. With two bedrooms, a good-sized bathroom, a comfortable living room with kitchen, and an impressive balcony looking towards the historic market town of Coleshill. Located within 5 minutes walking distance to the local shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. 10 min drive to NEC/BHX

This unique flat, recently renovated to its former historic charm, comprises a large stylish living room, where guests can relax watching the world go by. The beautiful balcony offers alfresco dining or guests can take time to catch up on TV programmes though satellite TV, where Netflix, BBC I player, Amazon Video plus more are available. The apartment also offers an equally large bedroom, and a smaller bedroom; a bathroom with a shower and a bath to relax in, and finally a contemporary kitchen. All rooms are linked along a hallway.
