The property itself was nice. It's under renovation. The room was clean the bathroom where ok. But the thing that got me was i ordered online for a double bed and got one king sized. Then on top of that I order a smoking room. Apparently none of the room there are smoking The main reason i choosethe stay there! False advertising at its finest. Other than that it was OK.

Clean, renovated room with refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed. Nothing fancy, but a quiet night's stay. Good value for an economical choice to stay near downtown.

Room was clean and tv worked fine. Linens were stained, but clean. (I bring my own facecloths, so didn't matter too much, but bath mat was stained. It was a good value in a convenient and safe location. I would recommend or stay again, if looking for value.

My husband and I stayed there when we traveled for a concert. From the outside it may look sketchy due to remodeling, but the room was clean and modern. I loved that there wasn’t carpet. The floor was new and nice. It was just a basic room, but I felt safe and it was quiet. Check in/out was fast and the guy was really friendly. Definitely would stay again.

For the money it was a great experience. Accommodating staff who checked on us to make sure we were ok. It was really a nice little gem. This does not mean it wasn't a scary neighborhood, it was, but everyone we met was kind and no one acting scary.
