Relaxing Break

Fantastic cottage with amazing views. The cottage has almost everything you need making it a very relaxing experience. Fields as far as the eye can see. Farmer Andy and his cows are very friendly. We had a very small problem and it was sorted out very quickly.

Hot tub wanted, Ice bath received

Well this booking was made on the whole purpose of having a relaxing weekend after running 350km for charity over the past few months. So we booked here for the hot tub and the relevant ease of running a Park Run on the Saturday. After running this Park Run we returned back to the accommodation for our day of in and out of the hot tub. Although this turned out to be turned off so we had an ice bath, not advertised on the website. We then were told that we would get a nights refund for this error. (2 weeks on still waiting). The hosts did bring someone round to fill the hot tub up to enable us to get in which took around 30-40 minutes. But then we discovered the cooker doesn’t work by this time we had had enough and just packed up and went home. My verdict on this accommodation is don’t bother and certainly get anything they offer in writing.
