The location is perfect, we walked to everything that afternoon, played pinball games at the pinball place and brought a pizza back to the house that night. The next day we walked to get coffee in the morning and then moved the car to a free parking spot across the street to shop and find lunch. We absolutely love this place and have from the first time we stayed, after they first made it available. We have continued to stay there each year, and hopefully if it is not booked again this October, we will be there again! We are an older couple who travel with our two West Highland white terriers, and this is the perfect place as they have a big backyard for the dogs to run and play. The house is immaculate and very well appointed. We decided to stay downtown for this trip since we love the restaurants and shopping. We are so glad that we did. This house is right in the center of town and is literally within a 2 minute walking distance to all the shops. It was so nice not having to worry about finding a parking spot or who was going to drive back to the cabin at night. The house is an older home, but is well maintained. The furniture was nice and the beds were comfortable. Mattress was firm and didn’t feel cheap. House was very clean (but fixtures could use a dusting). We didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen seemed well stocked with everything you would need.
