Staff is fantastic! We did all inclusive and were left wanting for nothing. Rooms were very comfortable but the walls are thin. You will hear everything from the people beside you. Pools are great and being right across the street from the beach is amazing. Highly recommend Divi.

Well situated, clean resort with most staff willing to make your stay better and help you around. Tips at the restaurant and bars go a long way. The beach and palapas were great. Pool was fine. Beach and Pool chairs were fine but did end up hurting if sitting on them for a long time. Make sure you take a long stroll on the boardwalk so you can see how the other hotels look like and maybe do some souvenir shopping. If you are a foodie, you will not enjoy the food. Breakfast was the same every morning but served its purpose. Lunch was a complete disaster. Same stuff everyday and not good at all. Flavour fatigue was real! Dinners at the buffet were ok. Trying to get into an à la carte restaurants had long useless wait times. Just take reservations instead of making people wait. I just ended up going to RIMINI and it was not good. If you want to stay there and do not mind going elsewhere for dinner that would help the flavour fatigue and would likely be a better experience. The rooms were fine. RIU location is good and short walk to a happening section of the strip. Safe and well lit. I would only return with my folks, definitely not on my own or with my husband.

Beautiful location and facilities. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the food was excellent. We purchased the all-inclusive package which saved us a fortune and was most convenient to running out for meals. They served sushi grade tuna on the buffet the night before our return - my favorite.
