Great food all around and staff were generally friendly. The beach is beautiful and staff are typically attentive. An entire building was shut down and under renovation, with periodic jackhammering, sawing and other related noise right beside the main pool. There was dust and debris as well. We weren’t made aware of these renovations until it was too late to make alternative arrangements. Additionally, the resort is very dated and rooms are full of condensation, which makes tile slippery. Wait times at Milano’s restaurant were unacceptable. We arrived 15 minutes after doors opened (first come first serve) and were made to wait nearly 2 hours. I don’t think I’d come back for what we were charged.

Special thanks to Luis Coello (Elite Club Supervisor) for guiding and helping us to the food arrangements tips.... as well as Mery at the front desk for the help and support on the car rental when I was having very hard time to find a vehicle to move around the island.... YOU GUYS ROCK....!!!! ✨ The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable. Our room was spotless and well-maintained daily, and the shared spaces sparkled with care and professionalism. 🍴 We were blown away by the food — everything from buffet selections to à la carte dining exceeded expectations. Whether you're into Caribbean flavors, international cuisine, or just want a perfect beachside cocktail, they’ve got you covered. The grilled octopus and the lobster tartar at the "Krystal", the ribeye steak at the "Palm Beach", the lasagna at "Rimini", not even to mention the lamb at the buffet were imply awesome... something out of this planet....! 🏖️ The amenities truly set the tone for a luxurious getaway. Between the serene beach access, gorgeous pool areas, nightly entertainment, and the rejuvenating spa, we felt pampered every single day. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind in paradise

The rooms were huge. More than enough space. There is , however , a funny, almost musty smell in the rooms. You can also smell sewage at times when you shower and in some areas of the property. Beds were comfortable and patio was nice. AC was really nice and necessary. Pools and hot tub were great. Plenty of lounge chairs. For the most part, the food was good. Best burgers are at the pool bar. Best food overall was Mulligans. Unfortunately was not able to try food at Windows because of their hours, so I do wish that was open daily like the other restaurants. Especially if you pay for all inclusive , you would expect to have access to all restaurants. Also wish the coffee shop was a little bigger and open later. Food at Seabreeze not the best. Although we only tried breakfast there, it was lukewarm and lacks flavor. It's convenient for a quick grab and go. Can't beat the hospitality!!! The employees is what makes the trip!!! The were all so pleasant, kind and attentive. Finally, the beach was easy access and beautiful.
