I would never return to this resort. It was horrible and misleading. The rooms did not look like what was advertised online. The food selection was horrible, so repetitive. The staff in the bars and buffets were so mean and careless. The only positive experience was in the restaurants, the food was fair and the waiters were nice. Upon arrival, you are shown a map of what is actually included in the all inclusive package versus what isn't. This was not advertised online at all. The coffee shop closes at 3:30 pm so if you want something sweet you cannot get anything after this time. Ice cream is only served at the buffet. The staff is horrible, so disrespectful and careless. We experienced racial comments as well. We are never coming back, do not spend your money on this resort! The staff at the kids club is horrible. One lady with the curly hair said that she does not want parents to drop their kids off if the children are not staying for the whole day, she refuses to take them?! Excuse me? You wait at the bars for an eternity. The hotel itself is very outdated and I saw poop outside at three different locations.
