The manager was excellent in advising me where I can eat locally and what all the amenities that were available at the Pensión. The room was clean, as was the common bathroom/shower used by guests. Everything about the room makes you feel spoiled - the comfy bed, the luxury bath products, the huge, soft towels, the coffee and treats!! Communication is excellent and if your room isn’t ready there is a secure place to store your bags. You can go out and explore and they will message you when the room is ready. All of the employees are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you matter. Treat yourself and stay here. You won’t be sorry."
