Mostly low tide & rocky beach. Pictures are deceiving. Nothing to do. Mosquitoes everywhere. No WiFi. Free breakfast was delayed & it wasn’t good. We checked out early. My worst vacation ever. The staff were very hospitable and friendly and they always look out for us. We were swimming in the smaller pool as there were wedding preparations on the other side and the "waterfalls'" effect on the pool was not on but when they realized we were there, they turned it on for us so we were able to enjoy the pool. They are in the midst of renovating the resort per area so it is understandable that some of the facilities can be improved. The beach area was a bit far from the hotel itself - this is the same for all the hotels in this area but there is a beach about 15 mins away by car where people can really swim. We enjoyed the walk from the shore to the beach area and sunset is beautiful. They serve good food and have an on call masseuses. You just have to inform the reception ahead of time. They have great food that is reasonably priced considering that their restaurant is the only place where we can order. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and patient in answering our questions. A few things that can be improved would be: 1\. Wifi coverage and reception- it's very weak in our room and even in the restaurant and pavillion 2\. Telephone for rooms- we had to walk to the reception when we need something and it is a bit of a walk as we are near the beach front 2\.
