"This property needs some TLC and requires a hand rail for the stairs (safety). The place was not clean and we sent Olala photos of our complaints. The bathroom wall and door frame were separating from the floor. The shower door did not close properly so the water made the bath mat and floor wet. The floors were “cleaned” with a dirty floor mop which we cleaned to show the dirt to Olala. Being able to communicate via the internet only made it frustrating.
