Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Location is near to most central areas and metro so ideal for walking. However, street noise is loud at night and couldn’t keep windows open.

Our room was fairly spartan and basic. 3rd floor walk up. Staff was fine but housekeeping did not clean our room on the second day. WiFi was weak. Good location. Bath was tiny. Good strong shower. Pretty basic place.

It is located in a really good area, close to many iconic places in Porto. The staff is really really friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but perfect if you’re just planning to go there to sleep. The breakfast is totally worth it and not expensive at all.

The staff at all hours were really friendlY, spoke English and were always ready to help. We had the breakfast a day after we arrived since we arrived at around 11:30 PM. It was good and hit the spot. The downtown area is really close by, take a left and a left or a right and a right, and you’re there. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location, easy walking distance to the centre of town, and 30 minute walk from the bus station(Campanhã). Basic room but comfortable, although can be noisy for lack of soundproofing.

Had a great stay at Decanting Porto House. Check in was easy and José was really helpful and very friendly. Suggested restaurants & directions to Ribeira. Our room was lovely, clean and very comfy. Decanting Porto is ideally situated, close to shopping good restaurants and easy to get to main attractions. Would recommend the hotel and Porto is a beautiful city to visit. Stayed 22-24 September.
