Bonita Springs Pousadas

The room was very clean and the treatment by the staff was excellent.

I like the option for electrical vehicles.

We had a very nice stay overnight at the charming Shangri La. We arrived late afternoon and checked out the next morning. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. Towels were good, just wish there was a place to hang them and clothing near the shower stall door while showering. The patio was a nice surprise and coming from a colder climate it was nice to sit there in January. The only real downside was that we heard lots of noise any time other guests rolled their bags down the sidewalk...

Very clean and great customer service. Good location as well

Beautiful property convenient to everything I love in Bonita springs/Naples. The pool was awesome. I’d stay there again.

Nice location and good breakfast

I wasn't aware that it is a timeshare property...all Good though, no pressure to attend "the Talk". We had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, lovely huge balcony. Very Very clean, plenty of activities here and around. We loved everything and had an awesome time!

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I am a seasoned traveller who've being to 54 countries & a ridiculous number of cities. This was one of the best places I've ever staid. I always stay in 5 star luxury hotels. This place is luxury, yet at the very the affordable rate. The room (and my room was #9 with private patio) & the areas around was fresh, clean, organized, designed & well decorated. Although, I did not go in the pool, it was sparkling clean. Smooth check in, superb communication ...I can go...

Very nice hotel, with friendly helpful staff. I will stay again!

The staff, clean rooms, breakfast, family friendly, conveniently located, great price-everything was amazing!

Awesome water features with pools, slides, lazy river and jacuzzi. Most complete breakfast buffet offering everything imaginable.. Hotel common areas elegant and stunning

I was impressed with the hotels condition. Most middle budget hotes are all rusted and have mold.this was different because they use de humidifiers. Novel concept. I will stay again.

Very good room, clean and friendly

Sammy, Natalia and those three cleaning women who strive every day to make that place a more pleasant place. It is a renovated Hotel, very clean room, good and varied breakfast included, very pleasant atmosphere. This was a trip that I did with my mom and she loved the place. We would definitely go back. Thank you all for making our stay an unforgettable moment. God Bless You!

Great service.

Very elegant place. Beautiful clean rooms & friendly service. Best complimentary breakfast ever! Fresh made omelets, pancakes, etc. would definitely stay again & again.

Excellent consumer service with waitress Ximena . Party of 7 had a wonderful stay .

Service was excellent! Kenn, at the front desk was great! Entire experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel was VERY clean and super spacious. Breakfast was awesome! I would definitely recommend. Will stay again!

I am very picky with where I stay. I have an autistic son who is very sensitive to his environment also. What I will say is that I was grateful to be in a well cleaned room. Everything was cleaned (I Lysol wiped the room/restroom (sink, counter, toilet, tub, floor) myself and the wipes were spotless). The breakfast and throwback were a big plus.
