"The bed, pillows, and sheets smelled like burnt cooking oil. The safe wasn’t working. They forgot a greeting card they left for the guest before me, next to the fruit and pastry which game me the impression they didn’t clean the room well. I told the receptionist to book me a none smoking room which is something I already mentioned in my online booking but when her manager she noticed the booking the receptionist made was a smoking room so instead of apologizing and correcting the error, the manager judged me by saying: are you booking a smoking room in Ramada! And she gave a stupid look! The manager told the receptionist to explain to me the benefits that come with my reservation but no one explained anything to me. The receptionist was only interested in explaining her Ramadan routine of sleeping, eating, and watching TV with her mom. "
