They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. Qualche difficoltà nell'apertura e chiusura della key-box ma il personale è stato molto efficiente e veloce. La strada adiacente su cui passano i tram può dar fastidio se si dorme in particolare sul divano letto,ma per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene. “The room was nice , clean and had everything I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the heating is locked so can’t be turnt down, I got very warm at night and had to open the windows which was loud. ”
