"Only one block or so from a not so safe neighborhood. Otherwise you could feel comfortable walking to the Bossier Downtown area with fun restaurants, shops, brewery, axe throwing, etc. if it weren't for that neighborhood."

"We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described...

"Double charged for the room but was able to get 1 refunded. Was only given 1 set of towel and wash cloth with 2 people staying in the room. We had to ask for more and had to turn in the 1 set to get more. Everything stayed wet with condensation for the air conditioner. The walls, floors, appliances, toilet, our clothes. "
