The rooms are set up in separate buildings of 8 units each, with 4 being up steps, no elevator and my unit was in the back, along a main road. I did not enjoy walking to the back of the building and then up steps in the dark. I had to walk to the reception building for breakfast and it was very busy. There was not enough seating for everyone and I ended up carrying my food back to my room. The breakfast was not up to the standards of most Marriott Residence Inns. My actual room was nice, but the exterior of buildings are weathered and could use some TLC. The location to downtown Boulder was very convenient, just a few miles away and an hour from downtown Denver.
