The Beach is calling you - We would like to welcome you and your family to The Polished Pebble BNB a fully furnished and equipped stand alone unit. This unit includes all amenities as well as a washer and dryer, fridge stove and dishwasher, full cable and free WIFI. This is located in sunny Parksville. Enjoy walking or swimming at the beach with several beach accesses. Rathtrevor Beach is a 6 minute walk.. The bird sanctuary is a 2 minute walk. Come enjoy the sunshine and what Parksville has to offer - Restaurants - Tourist attractions and of course the beaches. The unit is comfortable and quiet.

Another great stay!

The suite is clean and well appointed. The beach across the street is rocky but very peaceful. Other local beaches are a short drive away. The owners are lovely.

Excellent place!!

The place was walking distance to the beach which is a plus! We came over during Christmas and the host was excellent in communication, keeping the place clean and neat. Would recommend anyone visiting Parksville this wonderful suite.

Beautiful and Clean

Great location and legit clean. It was the perfect size for our young family of four. Steps to the beach and a short drive to town. Would stay here again - highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful vacation. Aileen has thought of everything and the suite is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the location. We spent tons of time on the beach.

Beautiful accommodations

There are so many positives about the Polished Pebble. Very clean, organized, comfortable and easy communication with Aileen. Beach access is across the road and there are deer and cute bunnies in the area. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we will hopefully be back.

Wonderful Clean Place in Parksville

We had a wonderful say. It was our first VRBO experience and we will do it again. This place was so clean and so well appointed and the location was in perfect proximity to the beach. I liked it so much more than hotel. The host Aileen was so nice and made us feel right at home.

Lovely location

This was the perfect spot! Lots of easy beach access. An amazing beach for playing and walking. Close to Rathtrevor and lots of trails. The suite is quiet, very clean, organized, comfortable, and has everything you need for a family getaway. Wonderful. We’ll be back!

Lovely Spot

Aileen was wonderful and very thoughtful. The personal touches, and cleanliness of the suite were bar none. Great directions left for using any of the appliances to make things go smoothly. Lastly the coffee beans made phenomenal coffee.

Lovely unit, right across from the beach.

The unit was very nice, spotless upon arrival. Owners kindly let us in early, which was much appreciated. Quick responses to our questions. Location was great, quiet and right across from beach, 5 minutes to town for groceries, etc. No complaints at all!

Parksville stay

Such a top notch place to stay! The host, Aileen, is not only a lovely person but she has really put so much thought into the place. From the decorations, to the quality household items to make your stay more comfortable. You will not find a more thoughtful host!! Everything in one spot

This property is fully loaded and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you would need. The gardens are lovely and many beach access points are within walking distance. Loved bird watching at the estuary. Great instruction book on site. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Aileen!

Beautiful suite near ocean

The place was very clean and beautiful. Everything we needed was there, including beach toys, beach chairs, wagon to take to beach, kids toys and games and more! There was access to a rocky beach just across the street and it was also close to sandy Parksville beach (5 min drive) and Rathtrevor beach (5 min drive). You could also walk to Rathtrevor through the forested area by the ocean too, which was beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Location & Wonderful Experience

I absolutely love Parksville and this was the perfect place to enjoy it from. It's tucked away right at the edge of the town so it's convenient but it feels like you're a million miles away from everything distracting. We could hear and see the ocean and even smell the fresh salt air! Everything was clean, easy to understand and perfectly laid out. We had complete privacy yet we knew that our hosts were close by if needed. I'd stay again without hesitation.

Positive Plus Experience at the Polished Pebble

We loved staying at the Polished Pebble—quiet residential neighborhood; Clean with a capital C; Helpful, detailed instructions about appliances, recycling, and checkout procedures. Aileen, the host, was very helpful with some scheduling issues we had. The 2bedroom unit is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with great attention to thoughtful details— a real delight to stay here with private beach access. Don’t miss the nearby Animal Recovery Sanctuary—it’s incredible and the Country Store with goats living on the roof! Highly recommend this one!
