“View was as promised, the only issue we had was the steep stairs. We are older and it was inconvenient to manage the stairs. ”

“Our first impression of the site exceeded our expectations!The photos of the property, and the views of the surrounding property do not do justice to the actual surroundings! The white entry rock drive is a little narrow, but the directions from the Scenic 7 Gift Shop are perfect!The design of the house fits perfectly with the lot location. Polished stained concrete floors matched perfectly with the cabinets. A north wall of glass brings the outdoors into the entire house with spectacular……

“Property was great, we saw elk and floated the Buffalo River with BOC. Found a coffee pot but only a Keurig style coffee maker, 30 minute drive minimum to find food or groceries.”

“The photos of this place don’t do it justice. 5 minutes away from a great swimming hole, beautiful view of the Arkansas mountains, great layout and decor, pet friendly, nice hot tub and cozy atmosphere. This place is clean and very well maintained. We all really enjoyed our stay at the barn.”

“Cannot say enough about how great this place was and how nice the property owner is! Really close to 3 Buffalo River access points. I recommend going to the Carver one! I fed the highland cows too! Had a wonderful stay. ”
