Our host Dawn ensured everything was perfect for our stay. We had absolutely no issues. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Water was hot and pressure was good. "Upon check-in we were greeted by Shena with a big smile and friendly, fantastic attitude. We were a family of 14 driving from Albany NY on our way to Myrtle Beach. It's our annual vacation and we stay at this hotel every year. Our TV remote control needed batteries and Shena happily brought them to our room and installed them. She also told us if there's anything we need, to just let her know. This was by far our best experience at this hotel. The only issue was the lack of working ice machines. The first floor machine was unplugged, and the only working machine was located on the fourth floor. "
