We enjoyed eating on the screened porch, getting an outdoor feel without worrying about bugs or critters. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and kitchen tools for dining at home. It was a bonus having several board game available and streaming service on the TVs in living room and 2 downstairs bedrooms. In-unit washing machine and dryer was very helpful. Easy walk to the nearby clubhouse and amenities (e.g. indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, etc.).Property manager was proactive with clear instructions in advance for check-in and quickly replied to our questions during our stay. Very welcoming environment when we arrived with lights on and relaxing music streaming from TVs.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed eating on the screened in porch in the mornings. We needed a few kitchen supplies and had a very quick response.

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the attractions. The condo itself was emaculate and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Internet was fast .

The location was great and check in was seamless. However, the place needed some cleaning and maintenance work. The second bedroom shower curtain had throw up stains on it and the fire detector was taken down, the carpet on the stairs was coming apart and a section the floor and baseboards in the kitchen were coming up also. It was unsafe for our toddler. Also, if you happen to walk around without socks on the bottom of your feet would be so dirty. We loved the pool, playgrounds and access to the lake.

This condo is in a gated community and is literally across the street from the pool and clubhouse. This will be our go to place to stay now in Branson.

Spacious Condo with great amenties

This spacious condo was a hit with our family. There was plenty of room for our whole group. Our teenagers especially enjoyed the pickleball, indoor pool, and gym. It was a pretty location, and conveniently located to many attractions in Branson. The only suggestion would be to provide hand soap and body wash; those things are normally provided at other vacation rentals, and we had to go out and purchase them. The condo was very clean, but the enclosed porches were dusty. We would stay here again if we were in Branson.

Comfortable, clean, cozy and convenient stay in Branson

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient stay for our annual trek to Branson. We really enjoyed the screened-in patios, sitting outside enjoying the rain as we sipped wine while our little ones played. The free tickets to the Hughes Brothers show was an appreciated bonus! Our three-year old loved it!

We enjoyed the stay and the location was good. Loved the pool and walking the property. My only conplaints would be the condo floors were dirty our feet were black when walking without socks on. And the washing machine soap drawer had a nasty wet odor that lingered after opening. Otherwise the condo was great. Just needs some extra detail when cleaning.

Great location and Nice place!

The property management team was on top of everything, with this reservation. They reached out with all the info we could need to get to and in the condo. The condo was clean and in a lovely neighborhood. It is a very convenient drive to any of the locations around Branson, that you may want to visit.

Great place to stay!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was a wonderful place to stay with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds to sleep in. It was within walking distance to the pool and it was located in a quiet gated community. We have stayed in Pointe Royale the last 5 times we have been in Branson but this was the first time staying in this unit. We will definitely be coming back to stay here the next time we visit. Thank you for a great stay!

Review

The condo was spacious. However, when we arrived, the down stairs (where the bedrooms are) had a terrible smell. After investigating, the smell was due to mold. There is visible mold in one of the downstairs bathrooms. At night, you can hear people walking above you as the walls/ceiling are paper thin. Overall, if the smell/mold was not there, it was an okay place to stay. The parking is not great as there is little to no parking with tiny parking spaces. The golf course & pool area was great. Unfortunately, with the terrible smell due to the mold, I would not stay here again.

Good Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The stairs in the condo to both of the bedrooms were a bit hard to get up and down especially with bags. Parking was cramped and tight and pool rules were a lot. I realize that most of the property in the area is private homes and need to have rules for their own protection. Overall, it was a good stay, clean and efficient. Beautiful scenery and very quiet and restful was just what we needed in our getaway
