Restaurants and supermarket are also within 5-10 minute walk. The front desk staff was helpful and offered lots of suggestions to us. Room was also spacious and clean. Everything was perfect. I could not have found a better place to stay in Bratislava. Check in was easy, the apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities anyone would need, and everything worked great. The location was perfect... 5 minute walk to old town, and lots of eating and shopping options. I cant say enougb about C+C Apartments. Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. The property is advertised as being air-conditioned but this turns out to be a mobile air-conditioner. This means the unit is ‘In’ the bedroom and it is ‘very’ noisy. Using an uncalibrated measurement the sound level was about 58db. Unfortunately opening a window was not an option as the street noise is also very high and there are no insect screens on the window. As a comparison our next property measured 45db inside. The blind on the bedroom window did not work easily resulting in a very lit room from streetlights as the curtains were very flimsy. Until this property fully equips the kitchen with all the utensils required and supervises their cleaning staff I could not recommend it. Great location and lovely apartment. The only issue I had was the noise from the neighbours next door, music blaring so loud from 7am on Sunday morning and 5am on Monday morning, I'm not sure if the people in the apartment were resident in the building or on vacation but that was a real issue, not any fault of ambientes apartments though.
