Located just 3 miles from Breckenridge's Main Street and on the free bus route, this rental offers easy access to shopping, dining, and world-class skiing, making it the perfect base for your mountain getaway.

Spread across three levels, the home provides ample space to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Ten Mile Range. Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen and dining area, stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals away from home. The breakfast bar in the kitchen seats 3 for casual dining, while the adjacent dining area accommodates 6 guests for more formal meals.

The inviting living room offers plenty of seating and includes a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a TV. Step out onto the private, covered balcony to enjoy outdoor seating and fresh mountain air. The first floor also features an in-unit washer and dryer and a convenient guest bathroom.

The second floor is dedicated to relaxation, with a dry sauna for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Okay for a short stay

The property was adequate for what we needed, but definitely no frills. The property is somewhat outdated, and the kitchen ceiling was half missing. Enough sleeping room for our family of 6, but not a lot of “living” area.
