Step inside and be greeted by the cozy rustic charm seamlessly blended with contemporary mountain vibes. Recently updated in 2021, this condo boasts a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living area, private bedroom and a full bath complete with a combination shower/tub.

The kitchen is a culinary dream, adorned with granite countertops, gleaming stainless steel appliances and meticulously refitted cabinets. Equipped with glassware, dishware and cooking utensils - it's your culinary sanctuary. Gather around the breakfast bar with seating for four, savoring the 'fruits of your labor' from whipping up delightful meals.

In the living room, bask in the warm glow of the stone-fitted gas fireplace and the abundance of natural light streaming in through the large patio door windows, casting a golden ambiance that beautifully complements the cozy alpine atmosphere. Explore a plethora of TV channels on the impressive 46-inch flat-screen TV or sink into the sumptuous suede couch or oversized armchair for a quiet evening read. Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
