Summer stay!

We had a great stay- location was perfect and just a short walk to Main Street and walkable to a few short trails and parks, perfect for our toddler. Kelly was very responsive and check-in instructions were clear and easy. The pool area and game room was also a great bonus! Would stay here again!

Return Stay in Breck

Our second time to stay in "Peak 9" and we again has a great time. Super up-front communication from the owner, a breeze to check-in and a condo matching the description and pictures on VRBO. Great location in the heart of Breck!

Family Fun

This place was perfect. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! We walked downtown every evening for dinner and there are tons of shops/activities close. We loved the pool & hot tubs. This place is a TRUE VALUE.

You won't go wrong with this condo!

Incredible location, and perfect condo! Very clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to lifts, town, shopping, and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here, and we will again next time we come to Breckenridge. You won't go wrong here!

Wonderful mountain escape!

To start the location is amazing! Right downtown and you have access to everything the town has to over all within walking distance. The condo itself is wonderful and very accommodating. Clean, updated and very spacious. Would highly recommend this location and would definitely return on our next trip.

Amazing Condo and Service

This property was fantastic! It had everything we needed and was close to the lifts and Main Street. The host, Kelly, was amazing. We got stuck an extra day in Breckenridge due to bad weather and Kelly reached out and asked if we needed an extra day to stay, which we did need. The place and service was notch! We'll be back!

Home away from Home

This condo is perfect ! Comfortable, convenient and clean. Easy 2-3 min walk to lifts, restaurants and Main Street. Very responsive communication from owner/ manager. Kitchen is fully equipped . Washer/dryer convenient. They thought of everything.

Stylish condo, great location

This condo and location were perfect for a long weekend getaway with my two children. The condo was very well-equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated/decorated. The proximity to the ski lift is fabulous as is the proximity to town. In fact this is the first time that I've come to Breckenridge and not gotten in my car again after I parked it in the garage. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Second time in Property -just as nice as first time.

Perfect for an adult couple. My husband and I stayed last year and we were so comfortable with condo, its amenities and location we came back again. The condo has updated decor, comfy King sized bed. 2 full bathrooms and in-condo laundry. Its steps from the lifts one way and steps from town the other way. Location is ideal and the owner is very responsive to questions or concerns .

More room than expected!

This place is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures, if not better. We had two people, but with the pull out couch and air mattress on-site we could have accommodated a couple more. The bedroom is large and is almost in its own wing even though it's a condo. The renovation they did makes you say "wow" when you walk in, so although it's a pricey place, you get a high-end feel during your stay. Parking is good, located right underneath the building. Ski lift is right outside the building and main street downtown is just across the corner. If location and quality of the unit are your priorities, you won't be let down.

Great Condo!

This was a great condo! You literally take the elevator down and walk to Peak 9. You're also a very short walk to downtown Breck. The condo was very clean and well supplied. It was nice having two bathrooms - there was good water pressure, plenty of hot water and the bath towels were very plush. She even had a makeup mirror in one of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom had it's own thermostat which was nice. It was nice to flip on the fireplace after a full day of skiing. There were a couple of cons, but nothing worth mentioning. The owners were very responsive and check in was easy. We're pretty picky about where we stay and I have to say we would definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Best Location!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation! As a lifelong skier, I have stayed in numerous places. I have to say, this one is my favorite so far. It’s totally remodeled (very tastefully) and every detail for a ski vacation has been thought out. Places for skis, boots, plenty of hooks and a place for accessories. The washer/dryer was a great addition (not every condo in the complex has one). Kitchen is new, bathrooms remodeled. Views of the mountains from the nice sized balcony In addition, it’s super quiet—couldn’t hear any activity in the hallway unless we were near the door. Great location! Right out the door, you are at the base of Peak 9. Walk out about 50 yards and put on your skis! And the owner is awesome. Super responsive and kind. I really can’t say enough about our experience and we hope it’s available to stay here again on our next vacation. Thanks Patrick! —Gina from Chicago

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room had obviously just been renovated and was very nice. The owners did a nice job of making sure we had everything we might need from humidifiers to fans, etc. The view is not great but we spent most of the time on the slopes anyway. A few minor suggestions: - A "Murphy" bed would have been nice as there is room for one in the bedroom versus the blow-up mattress which was somewhat uncomfortable (even though the blow-up mattress was as nice as you can buy). - More coffee. - The property managers were below average. Their location was difficult to find, there was a lot of ice on the sidewalk to get to the office, the office was in disarray, the parking pass was coded incorrectly and didn't work, and the room wasn't cleaned properly (half used shampoo bottles in bathroom, hair in the sink, hair on the toilet, and the blankets in the closet were not folded, just stuffed in the corner on the floor. Nonetheless, based on price and availability of other units, my family and I will definitely consider staying in the same unit next year.

Amazing location!

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit! The condo had everything we needed and had enough room for our family. I was actually surprised by how well stocked the unit was. There was extra trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap by every sink, laundry detergent, etc. We've definitely rented homes with none of that before. Also, I normally never comment on the decor of a home, but I really loved all the vintage ski posters/photo on the walls in this one. The location cannot be beat, you are right next to Maggie Pond and steps from Main Street. Due to COVID we didn't really get to enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops as much as we would in a typical year, but they were all right there. Because we were cooking in quite a bit, we loved that the property had a very nice gas grill that was right next to river and the fire pit. Prior to arriving the owners very responsive to questions and provided several recommendations for us. We did have an issue checking in, but again the owners responded immediately and took care of the situation. We hope to come back some day during ski season, but Breckenridge was a wonderful place to spend a socially distanced, outdoor summer vacation. Our family went bike riding, hiking, rafting, horseback riding, rented ATVs and managed some time to relax too. In the age of COVID, I don't think we could have asked for a better trip!

Convenient and Cozy

This is the second time we have stayed at Kelly & Patrick's place and it did not disappoint. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water/pressure and everything functioned in the kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the mountains which was also nice. Your steps from downtown Breck as well as Peak 9, so no need to catch a bus or arrange transportation. There were cozy blankets to snuggle under by a great fireplace and many other nice touches around the condo.We had a little trouble with the App when we first got there, but Patrick immediately addressed it - just make sure your Bluetooth Toggle is on in the App and it works fine. Kelly was also easy to work with and more than accommodating for anything we needed. You can tell theses Hosts enjoy the hospitality industry and we highly recommend their place!

Everything we needed and wanted.

Property was wonderful and stocked with everything you would need for a stay. Great location right outside of main St. Kids loved pool and game room as well. Additionally property owner was best communicator I’ve experienced with a property.

Location location!

The hosts are excellent. The condo was very clean, with all amenities. The linen & towels were soft, not like the rough hotel ones. The location is the best! After a long day of skiing, we didn’t have to walk far, which makes a difference! I will definitely stay again!
