“This home was amazing from the view, comfort, so many extras from the host! Spacious , lots of information for surrounding amenities , games room, kids roomsSuch a perfect venue for a get together. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could think of which included a large dinning table for our gathering Beds were super comfy and overall cozy feel. We were impressed and it was way more than we expected…. Thank you for great communication throughout our stay ”

“This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. ”

“Cabin was very nice but needs some small maintenance. Electrical plug at left of the sink has loose connections. Trim on left of bedroom "barn door" needs nailing. Shower has low water pressure. Only one table spoon in cutlery set and no serving spoons.These are minor issues biut would add to the enjoyment of the stay ”

“This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing with family, considering that half of us live in Ontario and the other half are in Nova Scotia. Thank you again to Andrea for hosting us!!! ”

“Had high expectations going in and all of them were exceeded. The house itself accommodated 4 families very comfortably and every little detail was meticulously thought through - host Madison & Jody have clearly put their heart & soul into this place which honours the local Acadian traditions. The property overlooks the ocean which allowed us to take our time and walk on it at low tide. It is located in a quiet community but close to spectacular scenery and beaches such as Smugglers Cove and……
