The room was clean, pet friendly and overall great atmosphere.

Buffet Breakfast was served by the friendliest staff. It was very good. The rooms were clean. Mini fridge was helpful for leftovers and medication that required refrigeration. Saint John was a nice little city. Took a day trip to Bay of Fundy Park (an hour away) and tried the easy and one moderate hike as senior citizens. The reversing river is a couple miles away from the hotel and quite a site.

No safety accommodations in the shower.no grippers on the tub and nothing to hold on to in the shower . A accident waiting to happy. Needless to say, I didn’t shower. It was too risky.

Great breakfast options, kids loved the pool amenities. Appreciated complimentary parking.

The first thing I noticed was how filthy the rugs are in the halls. Filthy!!!!! The rooms are clean but nasty rugs also. This hotel obviously has a high volume of people going through it. The restaurant bar does a big business. The people who work there are very nice. But when I went out the back door past the kitchen, it also struck me as dirty. I immediately told myself that I wouldn't eat anything coming out of that kitchen. All the same it is a very popular spot but you go through the restaurant with your bags to check in. That is awkward. It is an old building. I think if they got rid of the old, dingy carpets everywhere (rooms included) it would be much more palatable to stay there. Room furniture is also a bit worn out.
