A nice hotel with great facilities. However, it is quite isolated, which makes you feel a bit “stuck” at the resort. The hotel was helpful in arranging a rental car for us, which allowed us to explore other parts of the island on our own. We were also unexpectedly charged $420 without any explanation as to what the charge was for. It turned out to be a “mistake” made by the hotel, and I was told that the money would be refunded within 2–5 business days…

Resort was clean, staff was helpful and friendly at every interaction. Property is a little dated and the AC in the room had to be replaced after quitting twice.

We understood that it was not peak vacation time in Barbados, but the resort was empty. The resort did not conduct any activities they had listed for the pool or the beach. No music being played - very low key. Restaurant choices very limited and one night there was even same menu two nights in a row. Very limited buffets. LOVED the staff at the spa! Definitely visit. The room was beautiful - very spacious and the view was wonderful.
