“Our host for this property was very helpful and responded very promptly went contacted. We would highly recommend this vrbo. The property had a wonderful view of the Brisbane River and the walking/running trails along the river. It is located near a shopping mall for easy access to groceries and quick access to the amazing Brisbane transit system of ferries, buses and trains. A full kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves when we wanted and with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, getting……

“The townhouse was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of space. Close to restaurants and cafes and 15min to CBD. Host was a great at communicating. Highly recommend.”

“I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced……

“Very convenient location and the apartment was excellent.Very clean and the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch.Easy parking for the hire car and secure.Definitely family friendly. ”

“Comfortable modern apartment, nice view, handy to Toowong Station and UQ. Check-in was tricky (involving several platforms, filling in a check-in form and uploading photos of various documents - fiddly and time-consuming - also the check-in instruction was ambiguous on the lockbox location, so I had to make a late-night call to the host for help to clarify it) and then check-out was a nightmare, as the keycode on the lockbox had been changed (why?) and the code on the checkout instructions……

“Conveniently located at milton train station. Lots of cafes within walking distance. Easy to get to shopping centres via train. Second stay at The Milton, first stay at this unit and I would happily come back to this place. Much nicer than the rooms available through the Milton directly.”
