“We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.”

“The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“It is convenience to park the car and go outside.”

“Great location with reasonable price. The room is spacious and clean. Yet two of the wall sockets of the drink area are not functional. Room cleaning service during the stay is also subpar as the bed sheet is not replaced after the first night. Overall I would expect more from a 4-star rating hotel.”

“職員非常友善，住宿亦舒適，附近有便利店、KFC及麥當奴，都很方便。”

“helpful n friendly staff”

“Cheap, nice and clean”

“A very nice place to stay close to South Bank Parklands.”

“房間清潔一般，原本嘅開揚景觀已被對面大廈地盤遮蓋, 從火車站步行至酒店雖大約10分鐘，但到酒店前一段斜路頗長，拖着行李有點兒吃力，早餐一般，遇到有多旅行團要等座位食早餐”
