Pool heating is optional and subject to availability and an additional daily fee. The backyard is not fully fenced, and children should be supervised near the pool and river.

🏊 Pool Heating: Optional heating costs $100–$150 per day, subject to availability. Please request it after booking so we can confirm whether heating is available for your dates.

🔥 Seasonal Fireplaces: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off from May 1 through September 30.

🔑 Easy Arrival: Private entrance, smart-lock self-check-in, and complimentary on-site parking.

📋 Boking Verification: After booking, you'll receive a link to our secure SuiteOp guest portal to complete required ID verification, the renter agreement, and the security deposit/damage waiver process.

🎥 Outdoor Security: Two exterior cameras record 24/7—one at the front entrance and another at the back entrance facing the pool. There are no indoor cameras.

📶 Rural Wi-Fi: Internet is provided, though service can occasionally be unreliable due to weather or the rural location.

🦌 Nature & Wildlife: Our riverside setting is home to native wildlife, plants, and insects. Regular pest control and outdoor animal deterrents are in place, but occasional encounters are possible.
