"My son left his GoPro camera in the room. The housekeeper was honest and turned it in to hotel manager, who promptly contacted us to let us know they had it ready for pick up! Excellent customer service. Ty. Would stay here again when in Harbor."

"Check in was easy. Room has king size bed, which we requested. TV works (Direct TV) and it is easy to peruse channels (which is important to my husband). Room appears old but recently semi-updated. Coffee maker in room with four different k-cups. "

"They were very busy, but the front office person was very cordial and accommodating. We did not specifically ask for an ADA compliant room and I understand that they were all booked up and did not have anything downstairs. Our room was really nice with a great view on the second floor.. It was really quiet."

"Great views. Staff was incredibly friendly and provided amazing customer service. We didn’t around until after 1:00 am. Simply called the office and they checked us in quickly. Also allowed us to checkout a bit late so we could recover from a long night of driving. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were very good for a continental breakfast. "

"This is a beautiful house with a great view! Even though the neighborhood felt secluded (which we loved), it's still within walking distance of Whaleshead Beach if you cross the highway, and just a few minutes' drive from other beaches, trails, and town. Bonus: it's less than an hour from the Redwoods state and national parks. The host was communicative and answered my questions promptly, and the instructions for checking in/out were clear and easy. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Very friendly front desk staff, great communication before check in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen had full-sized fridge and stove and oven with basic cookware and utensils and nice details like coffee and aluminum foil. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"The hotel was nice for the few options available in town. Easy check in and convenient to get to the beach and places to eat. We were on ground floor and the only negative was I could hear the people walking around in the room above us. "
