“It was a great mixture of the outdoors and the ocean. Minutes away from nice beaches and downtown bandon. Plenty of hiking and biking trails. Only bummer was we couldn’t have a campfire during Oregons “fire season”. The cabin was just as it looked in the pictures. It was a good stay all around. I recommend it. ”

“After hiking all day amongst the redwoods of NorCal we would return to the home to rest and relax to get ready for the next days hike. Sitting out on the back deck right by the river was especially nice. We had a great time. ”

“Absolutely perfect weekend getaway! Private, beautiful rustic cabin on the outside but totally updated and clean modern on the inside. We have stayed at more than a few of the coastal Virbo’s. This is one of the best if not the best. Definitely would book again. ”

“We were very happy with our lodging. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We did not cook, but everything was there to use if we did. Okay, we made coffee. we were only there for 2 nights. We went hiking at the pine grove trail 1170. We have hiked it before, but this time the wildflowers were in full force. We would stay there again. Thank you.”

“Our rental was perfect for us. It was just my wife and myself and the size of the home was perfect i loved the trees surrounding it and we both loved how quiet it was, it gave you a chance to just relax and not worry much ablut anything. ”

“Cabin was clean and well stocked. Loved the deck and the view and easy beach access. Check in super easy and owner checked in via email to make sure all was well which was nice. ”

“Great location right across the street from Whaleshead Beach. Wonderful deck for ocean views and fog watching, and a lovely, private-ish hot tub area in the back. The singular drawback to this unit is the lack of grassy areas around it for dog relief. But, that's hardly a dealbreaker!”

“Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. ”

“Our family of three -- wife, son, me -- plus our dog stayed a night here on a trip down the pacific coast. Great little place a short walk from an easily-accessed beach that was never crowded and great for dog-walking. Hot tub was a nice addition. Main bedroom was comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was nice for our son.Food can be found about 5-10 minutes in either direction, possibly closer. There's a nice town about ten minutes north, into Oregon, that has a fine selection of restaurants...
