"The property is clean inside, everything you need for a short stay , they have it. Big parking . There are few deer and wild turkey which is fun to watch. Outside grass are kind messy and tall , I’m not sure it’s for the deer to enjoy to eat but I hope they will start to mow because it’s started to crawl by the outside wall. "This was an excellent choice for my solo trip to the area. Homey style, and while there are other rentals/owners on the property, I did not feel like I was on vacation with others there. The family was nice, good with communication all via app or text. It had everything I needed, wifi, kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't use it, but there was also a TV. Shower and bathroom were clean, towels provided along with mini toiletries, though I brought my own. Close to town and veiw of the river."

"Our last 3 stays here have been a mixed bag. We’ve stayed in one remodeled room we loved, one room that was a disappointment, and this one which was “OK.” This time we stayed in #110. It was on the ground floor and close to the lobby, pool, and ice machine. From our room you could walk straight out onto the grass by the river. There was a great view. Unfortunately the tile floor was very dirty, and quickly turned feet and socks brown. The rest of the room was fine. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We also were disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated."

"There needs to be information in the rooms about amenities, locations, hours, etc. example: location of ice machine. Hours of hot tub. Hours of breakfast. Also, the Light show. Describe what it is. It wasn’t just a light show, it was movies as well. Additionally, after the show is over, turn off the lights. People want to enjoy the ocean and the sunset and not flashing lights in their view. The room was nice. Very comfy bed. Get rid of the bed frames that protrude out. We hit our chins on them several times."

"Overall it's a nice place to stay. Deer would come in the yard snack on leaves and grass. Clean inside, comfortable beds. Nice to unload luggage right at the front door. The only downside is the spiderwebs all over the outside of the house and around the windows. If we were the Adam's family it would have been great . No BBQ as pictured, would have been nice."
