"I did not like waking up 5am due to the construction going on. Over all I loved how clean and polite staff was. Sherry was the First Lady I met checking in. She was very helpful with all information and even just having a small conversation with my son & I about his crystals. Thank you Sherry for being amazing at customer service!"

"Room and lobby are tidy and clean. They are remodeling so there are things that are not 100% at this time. The staff is quick to assist and please you. Sometimes something is missing. The board was there but no iron. Just ask. It is pretty nice and will be amazing soon. I hope it doesn't lose it's ski resort vibe. A lot of places are losing their personality. "
