Pool, Big Yard & 3 blocks to beach! Looking for a fun fall destination? We had a cancellation and have lowered our pricing from now through the end of November. Check out our great property and great rates! Casa Brisa Bucerias is an incredible 4 bed/4 bath home situated just three short blocks to the beach! It is also within walking distance to just about everything in Bucerias, from restaurants and bars to grocery stores and art galleries. The front yard is private, gated and very large -rare for the area. The backyard boasts a beautiful private pool and gorgeous landscaping, with plenty of pool-side lounge seating, as well as a covered porch. And to (literally!) top it off, there’s a covered roof-top area with a gorgeous area view to take in the picturesque sunrises and sunsets while enjoying the ocean breeze. The area could stand a deep clean as there were many broken pool toys and outside furniture unusable. The BBQ was really dirty but we were able to clean it and use it. Many empty liquor bottles behind the bar that should be thrown out. The kitchen was great and we cooked a few meals and had lots of room for 4 adults and 2 young grand girls. The kitchen could stand to be organized as pots and pans were scattered through out. I would have rated this place as 5 stars but because of the aforementioned I rated it down one. It was our second visit to Bucerias. We enjoyed the proximity to local shops, restaurants in the beach. The house was a nice size with the bedroom layouts working for two separate families with children. The beds were very comfortable. The front yard was a nice place for the kids to play, which was gated and safe. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with the pool and loungers. We spent a lot of time between the beach and pool. This property does not have a dishwasher. Lots of handwashing for 8 people. We wish that the property manager would have left out a broom and general cleaning supplies for us to utilize during the week long stay. We requested it and were provided a broom and mop (no cleaner), so we had to purchase the supplies we needed. We also had to purchase our own bottled water, dish soap, and paper towels. They supplied one days worth upon our arrival. The Internet was very spotty but we managed to work through it. The property manager and owner was very responsive to our questions during our stay. The property manager Teresa was great, responsive and helpful. The location was good for us as we weren't looking for night life and plenty of restaurants within 5-15min walk. Great location three blocks from beach, restaurants and boutiques/art shopping nearby, close to central plaza, close to main road for transportation access, sweet private swimming pool, plenty of room for two families of four to spread out, responsive house manager, excellent experience. It was perfect for us! The pool was great, the rooms were spacious, the location was just a few short blocks to the beach. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property, the breeze at night was nice. Very pretty gardens and hummingbirds all around in the early morning. Teresa was very accommodating with our questions, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook a few meals too. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! ##### Lara R. Great location, beautiful villa, rooftop terrace, relaxing pool, gated parking! What else could we ask for? WiFi worked well, laundry onsite, full kitchen with all the equipment you needed. The villa was also located walking distance to the restaurants and beach. Our favorite restaurant, La Negra, just so happened to be the closest! Also, there are pharmacies and a Chedraui grocery store in walking distance, but we used the cars for that. If we were to stay in Bucerias again, this would be the spot! ##### Herm L. Our host Lisa and/or Teresa were very quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival. The directions on to the Casa were extremely to follow. The Casa is located to many great restaurants and shopping, and is only 3 blocks to the beach. The property was clean and well stocked with all the necessities, and the private pool was glorious!! I would recommend Casa Brias and would definitely book there again. thank you so much Lisa, & Teresa for the lovely experience. ##### Suzanne S. The kitchen is well equipped and newly renovated. The pool and back area are a great size, in sun most of the day. It is a big lot with both front garden/parking space and rear pool area. The beds are super comfortable, though it is worth noting while there are 4 baths and 4 bedrooms, both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, 2 each, share a bath, jack and jill style, there is no true ensuite. There are two other full bathrooms downstairs as well. Easily walkable area, with great shopping and dining options a 5 -15 minute walk. There is the one block hill to the house that is steep, but there are stairs on the sidewalk to help the climb and a pool to jump into when you get home! I love this town and its gorgeous beach, there is a lot of new development but it still has some small town vibes. ##### a A. Stayed 8 nights in Feb 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Elisabeth G. Amazing food! The supermarket is about 15 min walk which we used several times. Kitchen is supplied well. House suited well for our family of 8\. Pool is great. Also, walking distance to the beach. There is a steep hill but still walkable. For the most part had good communication with the property manager. We did have a few issues with the hot water kept going out but property manager tried their best to repair it as soon as possible. Each bedroom has an AC. One of the rooms upstairs has a very loud AC compared to the rest of the rooms. So if you are a light sleeper it may disturb your sleep. Felt very safe in neighborhood. We often walked home late at night and felt safe. Overall I would stay there again. ##### Elisabeth G.
