“Siisti, pieni huone. Naulakkoja voisi olla huoneessa enemmän. Huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia, mitä vähän jää kaipailemaan, mutta ilmankin pärjää. Kauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja on vieressä. Huoneen äänieristys on loistava. Aamiainen hyvä. Hinta-laatusuhde aamiaiselle on kohdillaan. Siistiä ja helppoa olemista. Kolmen maan rajalla yöpyminen tekee matkailusta mukavan helppoa. Kulkuyhteydet hyvät.”

“10 minutes walking from train station and city center. Quiet area. Commercial buildings around but no restaurant nearby. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room with air conditioner and elevator. Ice machine at lobby.”

“原本打算住喺瑞士，但發覺這間德國酒店距離瑞士只有15分鐘車程，價錢又非常合理還包括早餐，早餐非常豐富，比起我在巴黎五星級酒店還好。房間亦非常闊落，如果揸車絕對值得推薦。”

“The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel……

Parken ist kein Problem, wenn alles voll ist gibt es noch die Möglichkeit in 5 min Entfernung am Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle und faire Auswahl und sehr aufmerksamen Service! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.”

“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions”
