“We’ve stayed at many many Margaritavilles and Compass hotels in Tennessee multiple times and this staff was rude. we honestly tried to steer clear if we could . The pool closes as soon as it gets dark which doesn’t make any sense. We got back to the hotel about 8 at night and was planning on taking our kids to the pool but we walked in talking about it and the guy at the front desk said the pool was already closed for the day. “First room we stayed in was #4 we could not unlock nor open the door without help. Then when we went in for the night we were locked in all night we could not get the door open. That was very scary.
