We stayed one night on a Friday and checking in was a little hectic! No registration desk. We wondered around and another guest told us you check in at the bar. The bar was crowded due to a wedding party! We waited several minutes with all our bags and had to stand in line where people were ordering drinks to register and get our room information! Hotel was very nice and quaint but was crowded and noisy from the wedding party. I’m sure on any other day we would have had a different experience. Beds were comfortable and room was great. They probably need to rethink check in process.

Overall, the stay was great and memorable. The heated tiles in the bathroom were a warm surprise and a welcome amenity. We were travelling for our anniversary and had specifically asked for a room with a balcony. Though confirmed over messages, we were given a room without a balcony and were informed that there was no other availability. However, the manager and the team acknowledged and tried to repair the situation via other sweet gestures and we liked that they offered great customer service. We would love to visit again.
