“Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. The guy at reception during the daytime called Waseem is a top guy and a gem at this hotel. Very knowledgeable and very open to……

“Amplio departamento de dos ambientes ( dormitorio y un área de cafetería). Limpio y cómodo, el equipo respondía a tiempo y servicial, la ubicación era maravillosa porque quedaba a pocos minutos de puntos de interés turístico como la torre galata, el puente para ir sultanameth, ferry Kadikoy, muchísimos restaurantes, nos encantó !”

“Banyoda saç kurutma makinesi çalıştırıldığında dolabın üstünde birikmiş kirlerin yere dökülmesi temizlik konusunda ciddi soru işaretleri yarattı. Banyo oldukça küçüktü, klozetlerde sarı lekeler vardı ve odadaki koltuklar lekeli durumdaydı. Oda bakımının ve hijyen standartlarının mutlaka gözden geçirilmesi gerekiyor.”
