Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand! "

"The staffs were very friendly and jovial (Kadir and Fatima). They were ready to help even before you ask. The location of the hotel is great as everything is within a walkable distance. The area is pretty safe and quiet. The room was spacious and inviting. The hot shower was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this facility. I will book again. "

"Restaurants in hotel are just OK. Better food can be found at nearby Hilltown shopping center. The room is generally in good condition with exception to the carpet showing dirty marks. Front desk staff is proficient but didn't give a particular warm or welcoming vibe expected in a 5-star hotel. My stay is overall positive."
