### Cozy Studio in modern resort in hurghada

Cozy studio in in a safe complex (Fanadir Bay Suits Hotel & Resort), about 20 minutes by car from the airport and offers a high standard of equipment and cleaning. The view from the balcony to the sea is simply fantastic. The complex itself is located in the north of Hurghada, in the newly emerging district "Al Ahyaa. Perfect spot for holidays, remote working, but also for a longer stay. Convenient for single, a couple or parents with a child. All new, all for you  
Brand new apartment with a balcony in a building from 2023 in  
a north of Hurghada, in the newly emerging district "Al Ahyaa Only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes by car from the airport. The studio is on the 2nd floor (there is an elevator). Guarded housing estate 24/7\. There is a pool for the inclusive use of residents.  
All furniture is brand new. The flat is equipped with: air conditioner, fridge, stove, , 43" TV Smart, and all kitchen stuff such as plates, forks and knives, pots. All you need to live.
