“Location was perfect and felt very safe. That's were the convenience ends. We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp……

“The check in process was weird and the person who sent me a message about it was not responsive. so check in took a while when I arrived at the property. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe suite. The kitchen was great and everything worked well. You are close to both of the malls in the area so shopping for groceries was convenient. Parque la Carolina is amazing and I always stay around it.
