Si desea desconectarse del mundo y tener unas vacaciones tranquilas, sin duda, se encuentra la casa perfecta, donde no hay estrés, sin ruidos y en especial donde se puede ver el mar todos los días desde la ventana del dormitorio. Usted puede disfrutar de un ambiente relajante, disfrutar del sol, el sonido del mar y el olor que, ver el vuelo de los pájaros, y ver el atardecer mágico y de juego claro de luna en el océano.
Esta fantástica villa de ensueño se encuentra en Calheta, a 3 minutos de la playa de arena amarilla, cerca de todos los servicios locales y cerca de 25 minutos de Funchal.
La villa de estilo moderno y contemporáneo dispone de parking, una hermosa piscina, jardín, barbacoa, lavandería, aire acondicionado y alarma. Están decoradas con gusto y elegancia tiene 2 habitaciones cada una con baño privado, 1 baño de invitados junto a la cocina moderna totalmente equipada en el espacio abierto con el salón. Junto a la piscina es una sala de estar original y acogedor y un baño compartido con ducha sólo. La sala de estar y los dormitorios cuentan con balcones exteriores, integrados en la arquitectura de la casa y están protegidos con guardias de vidrio y acero inoxidable.
La villa cuenta con una excelente exposición al sol luego tiene un panel solar y tiene la certificación energética de clase A. Todos los acabados y materiales de excelente calidad, dan el retoque de confort y agradable bienestar a cualquier habitación.

Stunning Views

Absolut top!

Wir reisen sehr gerne und haben bereits viele Unterkünfte gesehen. Aber dies war die tollste Unterkunft von allen! Das Haus ist ein echtes Highlight und alles ist toll durchdacht und hochwertig. Célia und Alfredo sind wunderbare Gastgeber und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auf Grund der Berglage, die auch einen wunderschönen Ausblick ermöglicht, sollte man aber einen Mietwagen haben. Absolut zu empfehlen ❤️

You could not ask for a better location and view! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The hosts were wonderful. They met us on arrival and made sure we were knew where everything was and gave us suggestions on shopping and restaurants. The perfect vacation.

Super modernes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist fantastisch!!! Super modern und mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügel. Celia war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns an der Tankstelle im Ort getroffen und uns dann zum Haus geleitet, denn ohne sie hätten wir es nicht gefunden. Zur Begrüßung gab es von ihr ein Korb mit einer Flasche Rotwein, Erdnüssen, Kuchen, Madeirawein, Bananen und Eier. Wir haben den Aufenthalt so genossen, dass wir am zweiten Tag unseres Urlaubes das Haus gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben. Wenn ich 10 Sterne geben dürfte, würde ich 10 Sterne geben!!!

Die Fotos entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität. Das Haus war einfach perfekt, der beheizte Pool, die Grillterasse, der Ausblick genial, wir haben die Woche wirklich genossen. Und von den netten Vermietern hat es ein Willkommenskorb mit Wein, Obst etc. gegeben.

Spectacular!

The most beautiful view we have ever had in a VRBO property! It would be hard to find another place in Madeira that could top this Villa. Clean, modern, great beds, and a wonderful pool, + the sunset. Alfredo + Celia were great hosts! After a day of touring the island we couldn’t wait to get back and relax at this wonderful residence!

What a dream

We have spent two fabulous weeks in Casa Felix and enjoyed every second. The pool is perfect and just at the right temperature. The sunsets that we enjoyed during some BBQ on the terrace are nothing but spectacular - it’s a great perfect place to explore a marvelous island. We’ll be back someday that’s for sure. Thank you Celia and Alfredo for being such wonderful hosts.

Simply perfect

My family and I stayed at Casa Felix for 2 glorious weeks. The villa is amazing. Very well thought out use of space, well equipped, spotlessly clean and was a perfect base for our holiday. The view from every window and terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. The pool is lovely and we spent many days and evenings sitting out looking out to sea. Location is excellent to visit many lovely sights and around 35 mins from the airport. We were very glad we chose Calheta as our base with the lovely sand beach. Be warned, you will need a car to get around and would recommend something bigger than a 1.2 to get around hilly Madeira. We had a little trouble locating the villa but Celia was amazing and came and met us. Communication with Celia and Alfredo was excellent from the moment we booked. We will 100% return to this villa in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Celia and Alfredo.

Traumhaus auf einer traumhaften Insel

Wie bereits mehrfach zu lesen ist, besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist perfekt, die Vermieter sind perfekt, die Insel ist perfekt. Danke für diesen einmaligen Urlaub. Die Fotos sprechen für sich. Wor kommen gerne wieder. Zu 100 Prozent zu empfehlen.

Wonderful location with a perfect view over the sea!

A very nice well kept house in a perfect location. Celia and Alfredo are always available and take care immediately if there are any problems. The house has a lot of steps, but I guess that's the way it is in Madeira, as it's very steep everywhere, including the streets. The only small criticism is the furniture outside. The chairs are very uncomfortable as they are very small and there are no seat cushions. A table and chairs on the pool level would also be great. Still, 5 stars!

Einfach traumhaft!!!

Wir haben schon sehr viele Urlaube in Ferienhäusern verbracht. Das Haus hat aber alles getoppt, was wir bisher hatten!!! Lage, Ausstattung und perfekte Gastgeber, die uns sehr nett empfangen haben. Wenn es 6 Sterne gäbe, das Haus hätte es verdient. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und hochwertig. Alles war blitzsauber. Tolles Appartement mit einem super Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Appartement entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir haben selbst gekocht und gegrillt weil alles auch dafür vorhanden war. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und mit Tips nicht sparsam 👍. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden alles absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.
