“I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. “all was great with exception of upstairs, ceilings very low and got uncomfortable to duck your head, and stairs leading upstairs were very steep. Aside from this i would still recommend the property 🙂”
