“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

“Good location, next to a big shopping mall, also can drive to main street for dinning in 3 min. locked gate car parking is safe. Swimming pool outdoor, not crowd and good at a stop for travelling from GC to sydney.”
