We stayed in club executive king rooms with our friends on a short getaway and as per usual everything was amazing right down to check in and checkout staff always well organised and friendly.Our favourite place to stay in Auckland by far!

The room smelt pungently of raw fish and actually made us gag when we walked in. The carpets were torn, stained and unravelling. The walls had holes in them and some of the lights didn’t work. We were on the 15th floor in a two bedroom view room.
