"I rented the 1 bedroom condo in building 2 for 2 months. The view of the lake and volcano are simply amazing. Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. Any issues with the condo were attended to promptly. Diego and Robert are excellent maintenance professionals. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I had the best sleep during my stay. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. Very dated and uncomfortable. The condo is nice and has the very basic amenities. The balcony is large and lovely for morning coffee and catching the morning sun. The patio furniture is basic and not comfortable . The table should be replaced. Some additional lounge chairs for reading or relaxing with one or two side tables would be wonderful for enjoying the balcony and views. Father grounds annd landscaping are beautiful and very well kept. The pools are wonderful and well maintained and clean. The gym could defiantly use some updated bikes , elliptical. I loved my stay. Lake Arenal area is beautiful I am missing it very much now that I am back home. All the renters and owners I met were wonderful people. The staff are very friendly warm nice people. The property is remote and you do need a car. There is no access to the lake from the condo which I assumed would be the case. Towns , restaurants stores are close by and La Fortuna is 1.5 hours"

"Great spot to land and really get away from the majority of tourists. Local restaurants are cheaper, people are happier and it is not that far to all things Arenal. The house was great and property manager responded quickly when we had questions. Only thing is there is just one gate code, doors take a bit to get used to lock and unlock and house is 4th one on the left. But those are just minor things. "

"This is an amazing house with a fantastic pool and is well equipped. We loved being here once settled in. The map was inaccurate at the time of booking so we adjusted our expectations and enjoyed our stay. The host was helpful and offered support for us to be closer to the airport for our last day. Much appreciated. The house has great amenities and the kitchen has many bonuses like laundry, icemaker and lots of cutlery. The pool was a gift from heaven on hot days. Great rooms and set up. We saw a few lizards and geckos and many birds while relaxing in the covered patio. This is a country location which requires some creative driving to get to the gated entry. We very much enjoyed the local towns and getting a feel for authentic Costa Rica without tourists and English speakers. We found it easy to drive to parks and hikes. The place was clean, quiet and safe, as well as away from busy city noises. Would recommend to anyone seeking a retreat in the country. "
