The hotel is ideally located near the beach. It’s a very spacious hotel with excellent facilities and our room was cavernous. Breakfast was excellent.

A really great stay as always at this hotel, staff are very attentive and friendly. We travelled with a young child and they were good with her too. Room was larger than expected a d very well appointed. Food as always a real treat and breakfast on the terrace a nice touch.

A great hotel with great staff. No complaints at all everything is as it should be, fantastic spa and pool great service and the food is exceptional. Only minor downside was how the restaurant times for lunch and dinner are scheduled 12:45 - 1:30pm was a little too early for us, may not be for others but it meant we missed out on some of the the chefs Sylvain Marsault fantastic daily creations who is exceptional. Other than that everything at the hotel is exceptional and it was a very enjoyable stay.

New Upgrades

Hotel has been revamped with some added extras…coffee now in the room, dining room expanded to hold morning breakfast buffet and room service. For the cost these were needed upgrades. The restaurant food was excellent as well as the waitstaff.

Schönes Hotel, direkt am schönen Starnd gelegen. Das Personal wahr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich und der Aussenpool waren sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und die Qualität der Lebensmittel ebenfalls in Ordnung. An der einen oder anderen Stelle wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert, z. B. beim Käse. Großer Schwachpunkt des Hotels ist die die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und das Housekeeping. Zum einen sollte an der Grundsauberkeit gearbeitet werden (Staub/Schmutz in den Ecken im Zimmer und Bad, Schimmel in den Fugen in der Dusche). Zum anderen sollte die täglich Reinigung verbessert werden: es wurde nur sporadisch gesaugt, obwohl man mit Kind zwangsläufig Sand ins Zimmer trägt. Auch ein (von uns verursachter) Fleck auf der Bettwäsche wurde nicht zum Anlass genommen, diese zu tauschen. Zudem war die Qualität des Housekeepings nicht konstant, beispielsweise hatten wir tagelang keine Seife und auch das Auffüllen von Kosmetiktüchern wurde vergessen.

Rapport qualité- prix ne justifie pas 4 étoiles surtout lorsque on passe par Hotel.com ou on se retrouve systématiquement dans une chambre vue mer située au 1er étage en arrière plan des autres chambres et dont la vue est à moitié cachée . les prestations semblent meilleures en utilisant directement le site de l'hotel . Pour une réservation d'une nuit , à savoir que la chambre , et surtout l'accès à la piscine ,les serviettes ... ne sont possibles qu'à partir de 16h jusqu'au lendemain 12h maxi , moment ou on vous invite à quitter les lieux . Je ne suis pas prèt à revenir dans cet établissement , ni à utiliser les plate-forme du style Hotel.com à qui on attribue des logements " qualité inferieure" .

Merveilleux séjour dans un cadre magnifique avec vue sur la mer. L'hôtel Spa Les Flamants roses est tout simplement sublime. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et très propres. Elles possèdent toutes une terrasse. Le SPA est un cocon de bien-être. Tout est fait pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Le buffet méditerranéen du mercredi soir au restaurant de l'hôtel est à faire, absolument ! Il est ouvert aux personnes de l'extérieur, il faut réserver.
