A south-facing balcony with garden furniture, air conditioning and Wi-Fi complete the comfort of this accommodation. The practical kitchen is fully equipped, and the air conditioning and radiators ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. The location is ideal: the studio is just steps away from the Croisette beach and in the immediate vicinity of Cannes city centre, with restaurants, shops and transport.
