"Excellent location , it took only 15 mins walk to the Village. Please do yourself a favor by paying a bit more to stay at the hotel part. We made a mistake of booking in the residence at first, and it’s disappointing. In the residence, the bungalow was small and it located waaay in the back of the area. It took a while to walk to the front gate. They didn’t clean your space daily either. Then, we moved to the hotel part. It was much better! The room was spacious and well-ventilated. The cleaning staff came everyday, although they did come too early (sometimes we need to skip the cleaning simply bcs we’re not awake yet!). It placed close to the entrance, however there’s no concrete road that leads to the bungalow. To access it, we need to walk through a field full of acorns and dry leaves! Inside the area, they offered a lot of entertainment. They have a big pool, sun chairs, foyer with a lot of seatings, a bar, a coffee machine(!), pingpong tables, even mini golf area and tennis courts! I also liked it that they provide laundry room with three well-functioning washing machines and dryers. You only need to pay 9 euros to activate the machines! Overall, we would return and immediately stay in the hotel part. They could do better, but we’re pretty satisfied for now."

"The room was quite spacious and very clean with lots of storage. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. It was a 15 minute walk to the beautiful beaches where there are plenty of excellent dining options. "

"Better than expected, a true 3 star last minute booking. Very clean, quiet and minimal -- great service from front desk/manager. Great location to walk to beach and didn't bother with food as it was just a place to sleep - friendliest staff and helpful. In the heat not the place to hang out in, no air conditioning in lobby and weak inside room "

"Brilliant hotel, the views were fantastic. Rooms were very comfy and great hotel to chill, especially for couples. Found the breakfast on the the dear side for continental,so only had it the once. Downside the WiFi was non existent,could not connect all week. Walk to the harbour/restaurants was around 20/25 minutes but was a bus every hour by the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"Top top stay we enjoyed. The location where it's approximately to the beach. The quiet area, the simplicity, the very mellow ambience, the appearance of the hotel, and the kindness of the staff added up to an unexpected and unparalleled experience for us. What a gem. Highly recommended. The kitchen that was most useful as we cooked two dinners there as well."

"We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer"

"Great stay in room 11 apart from the air con had been switched over to heating by the engineers and the temperature was 24 degrees - impossible to sleep Tv is dated but overall a nice hotel, peaceful and excellent customer service "

"An old complex that looks like it hasn't seen any work done on it since 1980. Awful rooms. Terrible area, nothing to do. I was looking forward toa swim after my week long bike ride from Bordeaux but the poolm was closed, no reason given. Absolutely terrible place to stay, avoid."

"The villa is ideally located, only 5-6 minutes walk down a pedestrian pathway to the broad sandy beach and a small shopping area with an excellent boulangerie, well-stocked minimarket, and a shop offering newspapers (only French) and beach items. In this area, there are also several small restaurant/cafes.and an ice cream parlour. At the villa, there is a pleasant patio with retractable awning, important because it is, gloriously, in the sun most of the day. There are loungers for subathers, The villa has three bedrooms, two light and airy upstairs -- one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is also an excellent shower and a toilet. The downstairs bedroom, off the main room/kitchenette, has a comfortable double bed with a pleasant adjoining shower room/toilet. We were a little fazed by the fact that, unlike the upstairs rooms, the only natural light in this bedroom comes from a small skylight in the ceiling. But then one does not spend much time in the bedroom during the day! There is an excellent fan for ventilation. A slightly strange feature is that the villa's very efficient washing machine is against the wall in the lower bedroom, but on a summer holiday this is no inconvenience. In the kitchen/sitting area there is a good fridge and an excellent small dishwasher, as well as an oven and a wall-mounted television, which functioned perfectly throughout our stay. All in all, a very good quality/price balance for a 5-6 family group."

"Overall good value for money but lighting must be added on the walkway in front of main entrance as it’s dark and lots of potholes. An older lady fell twice and hurt herself."
